Online-Only Store
CapeMulti operates as an online-only store.
We do not offer in-store shopping or standard collection facilities.
Collections are not permitted, unless expressly arranged and confirmed in writing with our team prior to ordering or dispatch.
Order Processing & Stock Confirmation

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

Orders placed before [cut-off time, e.g. 12:00 PM] are typically processed the same business day

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day
All orders are subject to stock availability confirmation before dispatch.

We ship both within South Africa and internationally.

International customers are required to request a shipping quote prior to order confirmation.

Shipping Costs, Adjustments & Free Delivery

Shipping costs for domestic orders are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size

Free standard shipping applies to South African orders over R1,500, unless otherwise stated

Oversized or heavy parcels

Deliveries to outlying or remote areas not covered by standard courier rates

Any shipping adjustment will be communicated and confirmed with you before dispatch, together with stock availability confirmation

Orders will only be dispatched once the adjusted shipping cost has been approved
If the revised shipping cost is not accepted, you may request a full refund prior to dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

CapeMulti is not responsible for delays or additional charges incurred during customs clearance.
Courier Services
We partner with reputable, trackable courier services to ensure safe delivery of your order.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Delivery Requirements

A valid physical address is required (couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes)

Someone must be available to receive and sign for the delivery

Couriers may request identification upon delivery
Failed or Delayed Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to incorrect address details, inability to contact the recipient, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional delivery charges may apply.
While we will assist where possible, CapeMulti cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier service providers, customs authorities, or incorrect customer information.
Split Shipments
In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately due to stock availability or warehouse location.
If this occurs, you will be notified, and no additional shipping charges will apply.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been tampered with:

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and affected items
We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
